This place is a local classic! Delicious burritos, but they also have awesome salads for a healthy option. They do have some vegetarian friendly options too. But if you are feeling like splurging, the tots at the Carolina Beach location are fantastic!. Either way, you can't go wrong picking from this menu. It's great.

Great Place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends. LARGE selection of different tastes to please everyone. I had the Teriyaki Stirfry Bowl ... Super Yum....

Man o man this place is FLAMING! This is not a Mexican place per se, but a great place to go grab a bite, quickly. Their menu is crazy, but overall fantastic. I love the environment and love the staff. I try not to go as much as I want to because well... I tend to eat too much then that is how good their menu if and prices?? Well your wallet will thank you.

Portion sizes are large. Definitely a local favorite that builds a line quickly. So many choices, it is helpful to have a good discussion with counter staff. The cheeseburgerrita was good and the Quesadilla was huge. Sweet tea was fabulous. My recommendation for eclectic tasteful new age tex mex.

As always the service was super friendly and helpful, the food came out fast and it is by far the best custom burritos you will ever eat.They've been in business for decades and the quality of service and food is always top notch. They have non-spicey to flaming hit food, great chips, delightful picante sauce bar, the works.I've had the fried chicken burrito, the buffalo wing burrito, the bacon cheeseburger burrito, shrimp burrito, and many others and they are scrumptious every time.Stop your search on G-maps now, click on Flaming Amy's and go eat there now.And Amy, thank you!

*THE BEST*So many choices from burritos to tacos and salads. Super fresh, with large portions and a salsa bar. The atmosphere is very casual, feels like your favorite downtown bar..and the staff is great...you MUST go.

My older parents went up to Flamming Amys on oleander and the lady would not take there order told them they had to do it online. I know things are different right now but to turn people away just because they didnt place an order online is crazy..

Love this place and go every time I visit Wilmington to see my daughter's. I always order the Big greek in a bowl, with chicken, so yummy. Service is also great as well. Can be busy on weekends, but the line doesn't take long at all like you would think as they are quick.

First time was a fantastic food experience for the whole family. A truly unique burrito selection with the opportunity to create your own if nothing strikes your fancy (other options if not looking for a burrito). The salsa bar was excellent.

This is one of the best places to eat in Wilmington, NC We live in Newton Grove, NC and have driven down just to get food. Staff is very friendly and the inside has an awesome atmosphere. Love this place!

If you're in Wilmington for a while, you definitely gotta try out the Barn. During lunch and dinner hours, it's definitely is crowed so it might take a while to order and get your food. But once you get it, it be worth your time! I'd recommend getting the Thai burritos or the nachos. It doesn't mean like a good combination but it's surprisingly pleasant and I get it every time I go there. Also there's stickers literally everywhere, get one and slap it on your car, laptop, house, child, etc. There's already a fair bit of Flaming Amy's stickers slapped on my laptop (another way to support them)!

We enjoyed a good lunch. Eating healthy is easy plus the taste is a winner. So many choices and local draft beer with special prices. Hats off to these local business owners/staff. Thank you.

A classic and consistently wonderful stop for my family every time we are in Wilmington. We love to come in and get our favorites. A particular joy is the salsa bar, which typically has some wonderful and unique options. If I had to ding them for anything it would simply be that they need another location to cut down on the line, which can be bad at lunch time.

A Wilmington classic! This place has such great character. The decor is kitschy and hilarious, but the food is the real star of the show. The dishes are so creative and unique, and the salsa bar is always a hit. I usually get the Thai nachos, but honestly, anything you get will be delicious here.

I heard this place was highly rated by Food Network so decided to try it. I had their spicy burrito, and it was great. They feature a salsa bar, and I enjoyed the wide variety of salsa available including a ginger salsa. Great food, give it a try!

I had heard a lot about Flaming Amy's and how good it was. We decided to try it and I must admit it was on point. The food had great flavor and the atmosphere was eclectic and enhanced the experience. The salsa bar was great with different flavors from pineapple to peach with a few flavors in between. I will definitely go back and if you are looking for a great experience and good food you won't go wrong here.

Went here a few week ago and it was packed with people but the line moved quickly and service was fast. The food was great!!! The portions were large and the prices were great. Good place for a family with kids as any noise will just mesh with everyone else. Don't be bothered by the way this place looks like a dive because the food is awesome and there are so many menu options to choose from. I will definitely go here again. Sorry it took so long for me to try it the first time.

Best burritos and tacos in town. Flaming Amy's is a local delicacy that everyone should try. The staff is amazing and always so helpful. The taco salad is really good and they have homemade ranch. Try all of the fresh homemade salsas. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of products. Will definitely be back! Love this place!

Burritos were good. EVERYTHING else was bland and plain not to mention servers were rude and had bad attitudes. Heard good things but probably won't be back

Amy's lives up to its motto of Hot, Fast, Cheap, and Easy. Burritos are more-than-a-meal sized and delicious. The fried avocado burrito is really fresh. All of my family were loving their food as well. The fresh salsa bar is also great with a lot of variety. The avocado-wasabi salsa is my top choice. We needed a filling meal before heading to visit the Battleship and Amy's was the right choice. Don't hesitate to visit, even if there is a long line.

Place is amazing. I remember coming here as a kid growing up in Wilmington, and it's still a Wimington institution (way better than Islands!!) I had the Cajun with chicken and it was the BOMB. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but the Cajun is my personal favorite. Fresh and homemade salsa bar has a wide variety of delicious salsas. There's a reason I always return to this place when I'm in town.

I don't really understand the hype. My vegan burrito was okay. I definitely prefer Chipotle. What saved this place was the guacamole. It was probably the best I've tried ever.

I had the same experience that many had coming here. The employees are rude. The girl that took my order had a stone expression, just a blank stare. The girl that delivered my food, was phony as heck. When I came back to Amys to look for my cell phone, the employee that dropped off my food was a completely different person, rude, dark, very mean. The food isn't dirt cheap here. I paid $12.00 before tip. Though it tasted decent, by decent I mean, the chicken was good enough, the service was horrible. It's as if they employees have a grudge against the customers. I would eat at the Mex restaurant at Carolina Beach. They are much nicer.

Awesome discovery in Wilmington! When we arrived for lunch around 12:30, the line was to the door, but no worries, we got through it pretty quickly and were able to read through the extensive menu while we waited. I got a build your own burrito with the jerk chicken which was so amazing!! Highly recommend! There is a salsa bar in the center of the restaurant where you can try lots of different salsas of varying heat and flavor. So excited to discover this place and can’t wait to go back.

Great atmosphere, loved the music playing, GREAT FOOD! We tried the Churkeychanga ... it was delicious. The jalapeno gravy was amazing! Definitely will go back!

I moved here 3 years ago and finally made it in for the Churkeychanga, and it was worth every penny! If you can manage to get in there for this limited time special do it! Everything my husband and I have tried from Flaming Amy's has been great. Gotta try all their different salsas! Casual, fun, and edgy atmosphere where the staff is always on it and friendly. They often have cool specials or discounts. Only reason for 4 stars is that twice we've gotten something with shrimp and they weren't cooked all the way. I believe that's a fluke though because everything has been otherwise great and we've been many times. A classic Wilmington place to go! We always recommend it when people come to visit.
